Mumbai: The Christmas and New Calendar year family vacation period is around, and actress Shilpa Shetty Monday suggested a couple of yoga moves that can aid just one get back again to the day by day grind following the festive season.
Shilpa, also a yoga pro, proposed a deep breathing meditation that can help individuals combat strain and sustain harmony involving serene and chaos.
The actress spent Xmas holiday in Goa with husband Raj Kundra, sister Shamita Shetty, mom Sunanda Shetty and her kids Viaan and Samisha.
