If  you can’t journey for the holiday seasons this year, get a four-moment Mexican Xmas getaway with this new release from T.G. Sheppard and Oklahoma indigenous Kelly Lang. 

The state music couple are incorporating a mariachi aptitude to the getaway season with their new yuletide collaboration “Christmas in Mexico.” 

The duet features a intimate vacation to a land of sandy beaches and warm sunny days, punctuated by the sounds of festive trumpets and metal drums.

ChristmasinMexico” marks the initial launch from Sheppard’s new licensing offer with Time Life Retail, which encompasses nine albums from the region tunes icon’s vocation, in accordance to a news release.

“We’re constantly singing and building audio collectively and it just felt like the appropriate time for a fun and dreamy music about Christmas,” states Lang, who has been married to Sheppard considering that 2007, in a statement.

Inspite of the coronavirus pandemic, 2020 also has been a large 12 months for Lang. As formerly documented, she launched in September her new album “Aged Soul,” which is made up of  her covers of well known vintage hits of the 1970s and ’80s, and was honored in August by the Oklahoma Audio Corridor of Fame.
