The head of a main health care method, which runs hospitals in Kitchener, Guelph, and Brantford, has apologized following using a Caribbean getaway around the vacations and resigned from his provincial positions.
Dr. Tom Stewart is the CEO of St. Joseph’s Overall health Procedure and was quoted in a statement issued Tuesday night time confirming he was on an authorized trip from Dec. 18 to Jan. 5.
During this family vacation, Stewart travelled to The Dominican Republic.
“I regret this non-vital journey and I’m sorry,” he explained in the statement. “I acknowledged every person really should be keeping away from non-necessary vacation now, together with me.”
