PTF blames passengers’ travels, reopening of schools, other individuals for spike in COVID-19 instances

The Chairman of the Presidential Undertaking Drive on COVID-19, Boss Mustapha, on Monday blamed passengers’ travels, reopening of colleges, companies and worship centres for the current spike in COVID-19 circumstances in Nigeria.
