Pallister ‘not pleased’ with Manitoba MLA’s holiday journey but no disciplinary motion coming

Manitoba Leading Brian Pallister mentioned MLA James Teitsma is not a cupboard minister, so he cannot get rid of him from cupboard as a response to journey over the break.
Manitoba’s leading claims no disciplinary motion will be taken against an MLA in his federal government who travelled exterior the province over the vacations.
Radisson MLA James Teitsma drove to Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia with customers of his residence from Dec. 21-30, the Progressive Conservative caucus verified this week.
“I am obviously not pleased with James’s final decision, but I respect James,” Premier Brian Pallister reported at a Tuesday afternoon news meeting, in the course of which he reviewed details of a cupboard shuffle.
“He’s a loving father. He has, I feel, more youngsters than there are weeks in the calendar year, and he has to commit some time with his household periodically.”
