A Pakistan Global Airways (PIA) flight which flew from Manchester on Sunday arrived in Islamabad with only a single passenger on board. 

The solitary passenger, a indigenous of Gujrat, was permitted to fly to Islamabad from Manchester as a specific authorization by the airline, officials said.
