Liberal Pierre Arcand even now in hassle with celebration more than holiday getaway vacation

QUEBEC — Quebec Liberal Chief Dominique Anglade has not still pardoned her predecessor, Pierre Arcand, for having a Christmas trip in the south during the COVID-19 pandemic.
