Lauren Boebert Says Statements She Gave Rioters Capitol Tour Are ‘Categorically False’

GOP congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO) has turned down accusations she led a team by the Capitol before January 6, amid claims by the Democrats that the protesters experienced been assisted by a “reconnaissance” trip ahead of the deadly unrest.

Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) told CNN on Monday that he and fellow congressman John Yarmuth (D-KY) noticed the freshly elected congresswoman “getting a team of people for a tour someday immediately after the 3rd and in advance of the 6th.”
