Family travels from Mississippi to Kokomo to seek answers into unsolved murder
HOWARD COUNTY, Ind. – A spouse and children from Mississippi used the working day in central Indiana in search of solutions to an unsolved murder.
Christopher Rucker was located shot to death alongside a county road just east of Kokomo last month.
From the spot the place the victim was found dead to his hometown in Mississippi, it is just more than 700 miles.
