Family members travels from Mississippi to Kokomo to search for responses into unsolved murder

HOWARD COUNTY, Ind. – A spouse and children from Mississippi invested the day in central Indiana trying to find answers to an unsolved murder.

Christopher Rucker was identified shot to loss of life together a county highway just east of Kokomo final month.
