Lilley Cornett Woods supplying free of charge weekend guided tours
LETCHER COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – In partnership with Japanese Kentucky University, the Lilley Cornett Woods Appalachian Ecological Research Station is supplying no cost guided excursions to the community.
They have two trails for the tours, one being a mile and a 50 percent and the other remaining two miles. Jeremy Wolfe is an intern at the station and he suggests it can make scheduling extra handy.
“It just makes it less difficult for people’s schedules. They don’t have to set up a time…they can just occur out and be like, hey, I’m below, I’d like to go on a path, I’d like to go on a tour,” Lilley Cornett Woods Intern Jeremy Wolfe stated.
